1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by Health & Beauty Key ("we," "us," or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Services Description

Health & Beauty Key provides aesthetic and wellness services including but not limited to:

  • Facial treatments and skin care services
  • Injectable treatments (Botox, dermal fillers)
  • Laser hair removal and skin rejuvenation
  • Body contouring and wellness treatments
  • Medical weight loss programs
  • IV therapy and PRP treatments
  • Permanent makeup and cosmetic services
  • Massage therapy and nail services

3. Appointment Policies

Scheduling

Appointments must be scheduled in advance. We recommend booking at least 48 hours prior to your desired appointment time.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost.

No-Show Policy

Failure to appear for a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in a charge equal to the full cost of the scheduled service.

Late Arrival

Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in rescheduling of your appointment. Late arrivals may receive shortened treatment times to accommodate subsequent appointments.

4. Payment Terms

Payment Methods

We accept cash, credit cards, and approved financing options. Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

Pricing

All prices are subject to change without notice. Current pricing will be provided during consultation and confirmed before treatment.

Package Deals

Package deals and treatment series must be paid in full at the time of purchase. Packages are non-transferable and non-refundable.

5. Medical Considerations

Health Disclosure

Clients must provide complete and accurate health information, including medical history, current medications, and any allergies or sensitivities.

Contraindications

Certain medical conditions, medications, or circumstances may contraindicate specific treatments. We reserve the right to refuse service if we determine it may not be safe or appropriate.

Pregnancy and Nursing

Many treatments are not recommended during pregnancy or while nursing. Please inform us if you are pregnant, trying to become pregnant, or nursing.

6. Treatment Expectations and Results

Individual Results

Results may vary from person to person. We cannot guarantee specific outcomes, as individual responses to treatments differ based on various factors including skin type, age, lifestyle, and adherence to aftercare instructions.

Multiple Sessions

Many treatments require multiple sessions to achieve optimal results. The number of sessions needed will be discussed during your consultation.

Maintenance

Some treatments require ongoing maintenance to sustain results. Maintenance schedules will be discussed and recommended based on individual needs.

7. Risks and Side Effects

All aesthetic treatments carry some degree of risk. Common side effects may include but are not limited to:

  • Temporary redness, swelling, or bruising
  • Skin sensitivity or irritation
  • Temporary discomfort or pain
  • Changes in skin pigmentation
  • Allergic reactions (rare)

Serious complications are rare but possible. All risks will be discussed during your consultation, and you will be required to sign informed consent forms before treatment.

8. Aftercare and Follow-up

Aftercare Instructions

Clients must follow all provided aftercare instructions to ensure optimal results and minimize risks. Failure to follow aftercare instructions may affect treatment outcomes.

Follow-up Appointments

Follow-up appointments may be necessary to assess results and determine if additional treatments are needed.

Product Recommendations

We may recommend specific skincare products to enhance and maintain treatment results. These recommendations are based on professional assessment of your individual needs.

9. Refund and Satisfaction Policy

Service Satisfaction

We strive for complete client satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your service, please contact us within 48 hours to discuss your concerns.

Refunds

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. Services that have been performed are generally non-refundable. Unused portions of prepaid packages may be eligible for refund at our discretion.

Product Returns

Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of purchase with receipt. Opened products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

10. Photography and Marketing

Before and after photographs may be taken for treatment documentation and marketing purposes. Your consent will be obtained before using any photographs for marketing materials. You have the right to decline photography or request that photos not be used for marketing purposes.

11. Liability and Indemnification

By using our services, you agree to hold Health & Beauty Key, its owners, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your treatment, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct on our part.

12. Privacy and Confidentiality

We are committed to protecting your privacy and maintaining the confidentiality of your personal and medical information in accordance with HIPAA regulations and our Privacy Policy.

13. Facility Rules

  • Please arrive clean and makeup-free for facial treatments
  • Cell phone use should be minimized in treatment areas
  • Children are not permitted in treatment areas for safety reasons
  • We maintain a professional, respectful environment
  • Inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated

14. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will become effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

15. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services will be resolved in the courts of California.
